Toht Brewery OU was founded in February 2016. Our original idea and vision evolved continously due to complying with rules and regulations of the brewing industry. In the mix of all of this we were able to keep the vision of our microbrewery alive. Going big may appear awesome, and you can have your product everywhere, but then it's day after day production that's neither fun nor craft. We wanted to keep the joy of discovery and invention while creating a brew with unique taste, color, and different additions. We can not promise that all our beers will be in stock all of the time, but they can be made to order, patience is always appreciated.
